to support families by providing safe, affordable, and faith-based childcare rooted in the teachings of the Qur'an and the authentic Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu Alayhi Wassallam).
We strive to create an environment filled with warmth, respect, and positive guidance—where every child is seen, valued, and nurtured as an individual.
Through love, structure, and Islamic principles, we help children build strong social skills and develop to the fullest of their abilities—by the will and mercy of Allah (SWT).

History and Background:
The Believing Children Academy began its journey in September 2005 as a small, home-based learning center serving children in Pre-K through 3rd grade. Through the will of Allah (SWT), we became a licensed provider in March 2007—and we've continued to grow ever since.
Alhamdulillah, for over 16 years, we have proudly served our Southwest Philadelphia community as a licensed child care provider and educational specialist facility. We are honored to be the first and only co-op in the area to partner with the Agora Cyber Charter School, offering families an innovative blend of online learning and in-person support.
Our commitment goes beyond academics. At The Believing Children Academy, we deeply integrate Islamic studies into our programs, grounded in the teachings of the Qur’an and the authentic Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu Alayhi Wassallam).
We are also proud to be recognized as a Keystone STARS Level 4 facility—the highest quality rating in Pennsylvania’s early childhood education system—reflecting our dedication to excellence in care, learning, and development.
